A draft or your account
Include the email you signed up with and, if it is about a specific speech, the link to it from your dashboard. That lets us find it without asking you to paste the speech into an email.
Refunds
Unlocked speeches can be refunded within seven days of purchase. Tell us the email on the account and which speech, and say briefly what was wrong so the generator can be improved.
A mistake in a guide
Send the page URL and the sentence you think is wrong. Factual corrections are made and the review date on the page is updated. See the editorial policy for how pages are checked.

Wedding planners, funeral homes and schools sometimes ask about using Honored Words with clients or students. Write with what you have in mind and we will answer directly.
Before writing about a draft, it is worth trying the edit tools on the speech page first: most fixes (a name spelled wrong, a story that should be shorter, a toast that needs more warmth) take under a minute there.
